Cerner Corp. (CERN) has potentially formed a cup with handle stock chart pattern. It has not yet closed above the right cup edge after forming the handle, so it's not a valid pattern yet. See what happens.
Wait for prices to close above the right cup edge. Once prices break through, you can generally wait for a pullback before going long.
