Prudential Financial (PRU) has formed a confirmed head and shoulders top. It closed below the neckline on high volume.
You could go short on the stock or wait for a pullback to the neckline. Pullbacks to the neckline occur about half the time on this type of formation. The target price for the short term would be about $37/share.
